  1. Pay and your site is liveCheck out, and your WordPress site goes live right away on a free yourname.sites.pricklypearconsulting.com address.
  2. Sign in and make it yoursSign in with a passkey and edit pages, photos and colors in Studio.
  3. Connect your domainWe show you the exact records to add where you bought your domain. As soon as they work, we connect it and switch on the certificate.
Questions

About hosting.

Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name, wherever you bought it. You add the records we show you, and we connect it and set up the certificate. If you leave, you point it somewhere else. We do not sell or hold domains.
Can I move my existing site?
Yes. If your site runs on WordPress somewhere else, we copy it over for you: pages, posts, media and settings. Your old site keeps running until the new one is ready and your domain points to us. Tell us where it lives now.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
From your client portal, any time. The price is the same every month: there is no first-year discount that jumps at renewal.
How do I sign in?
With a passkey: your phone or computer unlocks it with your face, fingerprint or device PIN. There is no password to forget or leak.
What if I need help later?
Use Report an issue in your client portal and a real person answers. If you would rather we make changes for you every month, management plans start at $75 a month with hosting included. See the plans.
